It has been a while since I have taken school photos and class photos and since I have the new Office building as a backdrop I decided to do it again. Of note is the fact it was overcast every morning for two weeks then the day we scheduled for the photos it was very bright. This causes a problem because we have enough trees, the flag and buildings we get shadows in our pictures when it is bright out. Why is this such a problem, well shadows across the face make it hard to see our students and I can’t do a fill flash with large groups. So I apologize for the shadows across our class photos. The second thing I would like to inform you is that we have 317 students currently. 200 in the Standard grades and 117 in Preschool.

The top picture is probably a better pictures because I was standing on a chair to take it so you can see mass of students better. but I like the second one because all the shaved heads reflecting the sunlight.
One other interesting note is that when I see things like this in the states I notice that most of the teachers are helping to get the kids lined up. Not here, they left me out there to do it myself even after I asked for help. Teachers here don’t see the need to get involved. Eventually I got the pastor and some of the other older students to help herd my cats to their places.

Almost all of our staff, we did not have the night guard there. We currently have 19 staff members and a bus driver through a contract. There is also another van driver who contracts directly with parents who live in a village the opposite direction of our bus route.
