Last year the school started having a Field Trip to some of the local (Tanzanian) natural treasures. The first year was a trip for the upper classes to Tarangire National Park. Yes the same one we take our mission groups to. The kids got to see a variety of wild animals like Elephants, Zebras, Lions, Giraffes, Warthogs and Water Buffalo. This year the trip was to a location at the base of the Kiliamanjaro climbs where they hiked to a waterfall. But there were also lectures from local experts on plants and the variety of lizards in the area.

Of note I could not include the last 10 photos because the boys stripped down to go swimming and bathing in the water. Have no clue why the teacher took photos of that but in the interest of not going to jail I will not share.

What beautiful happy faces. These pictures made me happy.
