In this blog I am going to talk a bit about Blessed2BlessU Ministries, Inc. providing and installing 2 new pieces off playground equipment for the preschool students at Mwiko Integrity School. This is the same school and orphanage that Blessed2BlessU Ministries, Inc. provided and paid to install water piping to last year. This school is located near Mt. Kilimanjaro and is at a steep elevation with very rocky terrain. A location map is below. Tumaini Evangelistic Pre & Primary School is located roughly 3 hours below going through Moshi.

I have had the privilege to meet the pastor running the orphanage and church attached to the school. There was an organization that was funding several projects including the building of the orphanage and school but that organization failed and they have been working hard to build additional classrooms, get water, playground equipment and other necessary projects built without that funding. This area has been hit hard by HIV and AIDS due to a transient market that basically increases their population by a factor of 10 several times a year. That is the reason they needed the orphanage in addition to a school.

Blessed2BlessU Ministries, Inc. worked with me to first provide funding for the water project and next for the playground equipment. They have allowed me time and resources to visit with the school and contact other groups that are now looking at funding a new set of toilets and septic system for the school.
